That moment I felt certain difficulty in speaking and breathing simultaneously. I was accompanied by the pulmonologist Doctor Rosana Franco who told me to undergo respiratory physiotherapy and aquatic classes so I went in search of the respiratory physiotherapist and a company to do hydrotherapy. I began doing the Sarah treatment, hydrotherapy in the company "Fluir" and began treating myself with the respiratory physiotherapist. Being in the water was a challenge for me. My skills in swimming and breathing out of the water weren’t very good.
As soon as I began the swimming lessons, I confess that I didn’t even realize his presence. But, a boy wen’t to speak with my mother. He introduced himself, said that his name was Caio and told her that he had heard about my story. Said that he had lived sometining quite similar and asked if he could visit me.
Then, Caio came at my home and we talked and laughed a lot. Caio told me what he had gone through and I talked a little of my day-to-day, how everything had changed so suddenly but, how I wasn’t willing to give in to the difficulties. We exchanged contacts, ate something and Caio left.
After about six months, I was discharged from the Hospital Sarah, continued with the hidrotherapy and returned to college. I'll describe more about my return to college in future posts.
My life was a great rush; I had a psychologist in the early morning, college classes later, physiotherapy at home and hydrotherapy and night. I also had Pilates twice a week. Not to say the private lessons that I took to manage to make up the pace of college.
“My routine is exhausting. ”
