Before the accident, I had just begun to attend college classes, by ENEM in 2015. Classes had just begun and I attended some classes.
I had heard a lot about the "Empresa Jr. ADM UFBA" Company and got to know that it was an experience that would add a lot to my resume, provide me new knowledge, learn about my area and get in touch with the job market, clients and responsibilities.
I knew some people who had participated in the company and they recommended me their Selective Process. So as soon as I started attending UFBA I threw myself into the Trainee Capture Process to become a member of the Junior Company.
Then the accident happened and I had to put college on a hold. In 2016, when was back to college, the People Management Director came to me and invited me return to the company. I told her that I didn't feel ready yet and did not have the time available to make that commitment.
Some time later, I felt ready, and looked for the People Management Director and asked her if I could try the Trainee Period once more and she said yes!
Soon, I started the Capture Trainee Process with a new group of trainees, callled the "Paneleva"! The Junior Company was and still is very good to me. I can get along with people my age, participate in very aggregative and fun events, make friends and develop as a professional.
The Trainee Period was quite drawn and I had to fit another task in to my schedule. It was college classes in the morning, Junior Company from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm and either swimming, or physical therapy at night.
I was able to become an effective member of the company and today I am a Consultant in the Junior Company ADM UFBA! (http://empresajr.org/).

I was allocated on my first project already! With lots of research, meetings and benchmarks I managed to deliver the project before the deadline!
I have been at the company for 1 year and a few months and I have learned quite a lot there! It has been a very enriching and unique experience!
